Silverstone Rally School Gift Vouchers and Experience Days

All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase or as specified on the gift voucher redeem by date, clearly marked both on the gift voucher and receipt.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable for a cash alternative.
The gift voucher recipient must book and participate in their experience before the redeem by date. Failure to do this will result in forfeiture of the voucher.
All expired gift vouchers are classed as spent/ used and cannot be extended. Gift vouchers can only be booked-in during their validity period/ prior to the redeem by date/ expiry. The lead time for bookings varies according to the time of year, and it is advisable to book well in advance for peak periods, particularly in the summer months, which could be as much as 3 months.
Purchasing a gift voucher does not guarantee a specific date for your experience. If you require a specific date for your experience please check availability directly with the Silverstone Rally School Team before purchase and book your required date, subject to availability.
By purchasing a gift voucher or experience from Silverstone Rally School you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions, and accept that these Terms and Conditions may change due to changes in English Law. You further agree, by purchasing a gift voucher or experience from Silverstone Rally School, to strictly adhere to the requirements of our Health and Safety policy, which will fall in line with current English Law.

Refund Policy
​
Gift vouchers are refundable up to 14 days from the date of purchase to comply with English Law. To receive a refund, purchasers must email requests to office@silverstonerally.co.uk within 14 days from the date of purchase stating the name of the person purchasing, voucher reference and date purchased. Refunds will be given directly back onto the card used to purchase. In compliance with English Law, all date bookings are strictly non-refundable and the date booking cancellation policy as below will apply from the date of purchase.
Delivery

Gift vouchers purchased online will be available immediately upon purchase. Gift cards can be purchased extra and will be sent via Royal Mail First Class on the first available date following purchase. Please allow up to 2 working days for delivery, longer at peak times such as Christmas.
All gift vouchers may be upgraded to a different experience than that stated on the gift voucher by paying the difference in ticket price. Simply call the Silverstone Rally School Team to upgrade, subject to availability.
No refunds will be made for booking experiences of a lesser value than the gift voucher.

Experience Partners
​
Silverstone Rally School works with various Experience Partners, e.g. Virgin Experiences and Red Letter Days, that offer our products on their websites. Gift vouchers purchased from these Experience Partners form an agreement between the purchaser and the Experience Partner and the Experience Partner Terms and Conditions will apply. Please check their respective websites for further information.
Gift vouchers purchased from Experience Partners can only be redeemed by calling the Silverstone Rally School Team. Once Experience Partner gift vouchers have been redeemed with Silverstone Rally School, the agreement transfers to Silverstone Rally School and our standard Terms and Conditions for booked experiences, as set out herewith, apply.
On the Day of your Experience

Please ensure you arrive at Silverstone Rally School 15 minutes prior to your start time. All drivers must attend a mandatory safety briefing at the start of their experience. Late arrivals will not be admitted and will forfeit the booking and will not be able to reschedule.
Please note on booking directly from our website we will always try to comply with the requested time slot, however occasionally we may need to adjust the time for the date you have booked to ensure we have the relevant level of instructor to deliver your experience, and by booking online you accept this flexibility within reason. We will, of course, always deliver on the date you have requested subject to circumstances beyond our control.

Please be aware the timings on all group experiences are based on full capacity of 6 people per car and instructor. Occasionally this ratio may change on the day due to circumstances outside the control of Silverstone Rally School. Should this be the case Silverstone Rally School will ensure that all participants receive their allocated in-car time, however experiences and wait times may increase as a result.

If you have chosen a particular experience that allows you to choose the type of car driven and the car becomes unavailable due to circumstances out of the control of Silverstone Rally School, we reserve the right to use another vehicle option.

Please be advised that all persons participating or spectating will be required to complete indemnity documentation. Children under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult. All visitors to Silverstone Rally School must attend the short health and safety briefing at the start of any experience including all spectators.
Please note no dogs allowed on site at any time.
Silverstone Rally School is in a picturesque country setting adjacent to the forest, and guests are requested to ensure they wear the appropriate clothing and footwear for both the setting and weather. Spectator viewing is in designated areas only.
We want you to enjoy your experience, and we value both the safety of our guests/ participants and our instructors. Should you be driving inappropriately or out of control, we will terminate your experience and no refund will be given.
Promotional Codes

Any promotional codes are subject to the terms and conditions stated for use of that promotional code.
Privacy Policy
​
All personal information given to Silverstone Rally School in relation to your booking will be used by Silverstone Rally School purely for the purposes of completing your booking. Silverstone Rally School may on occasion follow up on your booking with relevant information and you have the right to unsubscribe from such information.
